Unlike most people these days, I didn’t refer to the internet when choosing an agent. Being new to the area, I called the local ReMax office and told the receptionist that I was looking for an agent. To my great fortune, Trisha Cobb was on floor duty that day! In The 7 months since that date, Trisha was incredibly patient, as I made 2 offers on land parcels, rescinded both for different reasons, and finally ended up buying a large triplex in the Diamond Point area. During all 3 transactions, there was a great deal of negotiating, and Trisha handled all with obvious expertise and confidence. She was also a great resource for local information, including tradesmen, builders, engineers, county guidelines, etc. Trisha has a very friendly and confident style that not only makes her perfect for the real estate industry, but it also has made her a great friend as well! She is very personable and easy to work with, knowledgeable, effective seems to have a zero BS policy which allows trust. If she didn't know something, she said so, BUT also would say " I will find out and get right back to you" which she always did. The snags we hit were beyond her control and minor in nature. Once identified they were dealt with rapidly, effectively and gracefully. I will send friends/family and she has an open invite to our gatherings and our thanks.

Amazing service .
Living in Hawaii and having to sell a property on the mainland in Sequim WA, was going to be a bit of a challenge, until I met Trisha Cobb.
I can't express enough how grateful I am for her professionalism, experience and knowledge. With my father-in-laws passing and having to deal with his estate, I was at a loss as to how I would take care of the estate and sell it. The place was a mess.
Trisha stepped in and not only got the property prepared to be sold, but sold it in a very quick and timely manner. She was always available for questions thoughts or concerns, even though we had a three hour time difference. She had answers for me before I had even voiced the question, she had solutions for any problem that would arise. Always the professional she walked me through the process of the estate sale.

She put my family's needs first.
We came to Sequim looking for a house for our family. Trisha came highly recommended and we never regretted choosing her. She took the time to get to know my husband and me and each of our children. With every house she showed us she gave time and consideration to what living there would mean to our family including access to my husband's work and my hobbies but most of all she was very good at pointing out that soon our kids school and after-school activities would become central to everything we did. Our twins were only 5 years old at the time but over the ensuing years boy did she turn out to be right. So when it came time to leave Sequim and sell the house of course we hired her. She advised us on when to start, what to clean, what to paint, what to fix and what to replace. Then she helped with staging. We sold the house for slightly MORE than we were asking! My husband and I agree she's great at her job. She put our family's needs first, found us a house that fit our needs over the years and then helped us sell it quickly and for more than we were asking. Nine years of helping Cathy and Rick.
When my wife and I decided to move from Seattle to Sequim nine years
ago, we had never met Trisha. I picked her out of the REMAX website by
her smile alone. This turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life.
Not only did we find the house of our dreams in Happy Valley, but Trisha
found a mortgage agency and title company that allowed us to buy the
house in Sequim before selling our house in Seattle. Fast forward to
2025. My wife is now confined to a wheelchair and can no longer climb
stairs. Trisha again showed us a one floor condo and found a mortgage
broker, title company, and contractor to modify the new property to accommodate my wife and I, which then allowed us to sell the house on

Tremendous Service and Communication in a particularly difficult situation.
Trisha was exceptional representing her client and kept multiple lines of communications open. All interested parties were well informed to help support the overall representation of an elderly client dealing with relocation and medical issues.
Trisha frequently visited her client in person if only to check in on her and see if she needed any assistance as her family were all out of State.
